Profile:
 | Tenured and existing
sales reps who will have involvement with selling companies products
or services.

Program Objectives:

Performance:
The participant will be able to differentiate the company's
products and services, position value-added solutions and
demonstrate competency in the company's sales process.

Conditions:
Through a leader led program the participants will work
independently, in pairs and teams to apply the selling skills and
concepts presented in each module. Reps will be challenged to
learn higher-end sales concepts associated with consultative selling
techniques. Account positioning and advanced negotiation
skills are instructed as a part of the curriculum.

Standards:
Throughout the program, participants will effectively
present the compelling value of our company's products and services
and demonstrate learned selling skills, while following the steps of
the sales process. Competency levels can be extracted from
participants upon completion of the program as a measurement device
if desired by the company.

Summary
Evaluation
 |
Students will
demonstrate their competency through activities and exercises
completed during each phase of the selling process and successful
completion of modules in addition to final review testing, if
desired.
