Frame Relay Technology Program

Length:

• 1 Day Long, Leader Led.

Pre-requisites:

• Basic Telephony Program

Population Profile:

• New and existing company reps who will have involvement with the company's voice and data technology.

Program Objectives:

• Performance:  The participant will be able to aptly explain and understand various styles of frame relay communication.  They will also be able to demonstrate competency in the company's voice and data networks when pertaining to various forms of frame relay systems.

• Conditions:  Through a leader led program the participants will work independently, in pairs and teams to apply the skills and concepts presented in each module.  Participants will learn the positive and negative aspects of the various frame relay systems and objectively be able to decide which can serve the company best. 

• Standards:  Throughout the course, participants will effectively present the compelling positive and negative values of a frame relay system, while being able to contribute to a decision about such a system.  A final exam will also be administered at the end of the program if desired.

Summary Evaluation

• Students will be able to aptly describe what frame relay systems are.  The students will be able to converse the positive and negative aspects of the various styles of frame relay systems and actively decide which can best fit the company's individual needs.
